Dustin Downey is the Creator and director of the LEM. The League of Exceptional Motoring is an exotic car owners organization based in Lafayette Louisiana. The LEM is committed to providing an exceptional atmosphere while promoting the joy of exotic car ownership. Dustin Downey and Media FX LA services are responsible for the creation and design of the LEM. Mr. Downey oversees the day to day operation of the organization and is responsible for all events and fundraising.
